When I think about the quality of my work, my client’s expectations, and the attendee’s experience, these are the main pillars I keep top-of-mind as I build an event. My only hope would be that, at the end of our time together, my clients feel I worked efficiently, was always respectful of the event’s intentions and goals, and was accountable for both good and bad outcomes. 

Service Agreement

The scope of our agreement is determined by the lead-time of your event. For 6 months or more before the event, we will be considering the “Full-Scope” in most scenarios. This includes determining intentions/goals, building a strategy together to help the event achieve those goals, venue & vendor sourcing & contracting, timeline of day(s)-of, continuous vendor communications, on-site management and post-event evaluation/reflection. For anything between 6 months and 2 weeks, a slight reduction in tasks will be considered, with absolutely no reduction in commitment from your event manager. Flexibility and clarity is the main goal and each proposal is tailor-made to the client and their requirements.
